Welcome to On The Move Truck Rentals! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our rental services. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Rental Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle from On The Move Truck Rentals.

  • Insurance: Renters must have valid auto insurance coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided at the time of rental.

  • Credit Check: On The Move Truck Rentals reserves the right to perform a credit check or request a security deposit based on the renter's credit history.

2. Vehicle Use Restrictions

  • Authorized Drivers: Only the renter and any additional drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.

  • Prohibited Activities: The rented vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, towing, racing, off-road driving, or transporting hazardous materials.

3. Rental Period and Returns

  • Liability: Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle, other vehicles, property, or injury to persons resulting from the use of the rented vehicle.

  • Accidents: In the event of an accident, renters must immediately notify On The Move Truck Rentals and provide a police report, insurance details, and any other relevant information.

5. Damage and Repairs

  • Inspection: The vehicle will be inspected for existing damage before and after the rental period. Renters will be provided with a condition report upon pickup.

  • Damage Responsibility: Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. Charges for damages will be assessed based on repair estimates or the cost of replacement.

  • Repairs: Renters must not authorize any repairs to the vehicle without prior approval from On The Move Truck Rentals.

6. Payment and Fees

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include [list accepted methods, e.g., credit cards, debit cards].

  • Deposits: A security deposit may be required at the time of rental. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, less any applicable charges.
